I miss YTMND. I don't miss the atrocious fucking jungle of code each site was, but I miss that wilder, weirder, less centralized internet.

I don't think any of us would be here right now if we didn't miss it. Part of me hopes that this board can become permanent, but I know it's unhealthy to dwell on the past.

File billmurray.swf - (1.63MB )

I'm not saying this wouldn't be a complete pain in the ass to implement, but they could make /mm/ a dumping ground for pics that aren't allowed to be posted to other boards because they're posted here. Kind of like how the same pic isn't allowed to be posted twice in a board.

But I'm sure that would be a pain. And would only benefit the people who grump about how nobody posts anything new despite never posting anything new themselves.

Are you sure you don't mean older?

Boomer 19/04/01(Mon)14:54 No. 900

Newer, because Adobe stopped making Flash for that system so long ago I don't even have the last compatible version of Flash on it anymore because it's just one huge bundle of security holes. And of course ran like crap because Adobe stopped optimizing their Flash builds around the year 2000.
