Can i survive on no food and only water and vitamin suppliments? Im a fatass so i dont think my body will start eating the muscle and vitals any time soon, i also started running in the morning and at night, i cant hit the gym yet so anything else i can do at home exept running

Surviving and being healthy/feeling well are two different things, but I guess it would work. I have a feeling your body dislikes not actually processing nutrients and stuff though.

Yeah, a lot actually. Even without weights.

Just get a small mat if you want a better surface than your floor.
Pushups and squats, situps and all things targeting big muscle groups is good to begin with.
Stretching (major muscles) is nice if you don't want stiffies in all the wrong places, too.
