What's the best way to lose weight with minimal exercise? I just really don't want muscle to be honest. I want to get back to being a thin twig. So I can wear my tight clothes again. I'm 155 wanting to get back down to about 115 - 120. Also I'm 5'5" if that information is useful.

Your current weight calories requirement per day is 1850++.
Try reduce 500 calories per day for a month or so and track your weight again.
Try eat every 3 hour small portion of meal containing 40%carbs, 40% protein and 20%fats.
Or try intermittent fasting. Dont eat for the first 8 hours after you wake up, after your first meal eat again after 6 hours.

72 hour fasting drinking this concoction:
1 liter of water with mixed with 1tsp of salt + 2 teaspoons of potassium chloride (aka nosalt/saltfree the stuff that people with hypertension replace salt with)
sodium (salt) and potassium and the two things your cells really need so they don't shut down. You will lose at least 5 pounds of water weight during those 72 hours. After the 72hours is complete, you're free to eat one meal of whatever you want (preferably keto meat and veggies) as much as you want then you start fasting again. After that, You will start losing 2 pounds of pure bodyfat a day. Good luck.
