			Do full-body workouts regularly, and as far as nutrition goes eat enough that you&#039;ll be putting on weight (i.e. anything more than your calorie usage).<br /><br />Also don&#039;t avoid fats, they&#039;re actually important in testosterone production, and testosterone helps you build muscle. That said, eat enough protein, so basically a portion every meal.<br /><br />Other than that, patience is key.<br /><br /><br /><br />To put it really simply, live on oats, whole eggs, full fat milk, meat, fruit and vegetables. Do exercises that work all dem muscles i.e. pushups, situps, squats, bridges. Keep it up for at least a couple of months.<br /><br />
