There are different ways in which you can access the torrents on PirateBay, you will just have to change a bit the address where you're looking (you can find about this around the net, just look for it).

The real problem here: producers of this content don't have any way of truly fighting the piracy problem.

They can't stop piracy altogether, and the moment word gets out that they've gone after someone in a copyright lawsuit, their goodwill will all but vanish overnight.

They don't have any sort of legitimate scarcity to use to entice people into buying their product. Owning a DVD just doesn't cut it any more when people can rip a DVD in seconds and store the content away on their hard drive, and nobody in their right mind will go around in a shirt that advertises their quicksand fetish.

The people who produce this content simply cannot adapt to the reality of content piracy without drastically changing SOMETHING about their business model -- and changing the way they go after content pirates certainly won't help.

Its quite true that many a hero(ine) and villain have experienced the quicksand menace in a Hollywood production as part of a greater story. There are countless youtube quicksand scene clips taken from movies and tv shows.
However most of the "producers" and most of what is produced by them is clearly aimed at supplying sexual gratification videos to the viewer, which puts almost all of the videos well within the porn category.

Pictures of girls dying a grisly death by being sucked into quicksand, without more, are quite unlikely to be legally obscene; it's a core requirement that it involve sex, nudity, or excretion. If it's just gore-porn, grisly deaths and whatever, with no depiction of sex or nudity or excretion, it can't be legally obscene here. A few years ago, some jurisdictions tried to place animal torture and dogfighting cases in the same category, and the US Supreme Court refused to further limit free speech so that it could be outlawed. Maybe, if I saw the actual videos you mention, it's possible that I'd change my mind, but a quick look at the vidcaps and at the text description doesn't do that. If they were charged with obscenity, it looks to me now that I'd be able to successfully defend the two you mention. They seem to be in one of the oldest traditions of adult video - from the very old, pre-1970 days when some brief nudity was permitted just about everywhere in the US in movies if they supported the idea that so long as sin is punished in the end, it's OK to show some skin to teach the ageless story. The girl who seeks an isolated spot to masturbate might suggest just a desire for privacy, but it might also hint at guilt. And then the hedonistic act gets punished by God or some work of fate, so it tells a moral tale.

I notice these films are Canadian and I wonder if they come from the same talented man who got busted and convicted for films that showed sexy young girls being killed by bow and arrow; I can't remember his name now at 3am Chicago time, but he was not only convicted, but forfeited his domains, too. Years ago, when it was news, I copied some still images for a file I keep on obscenity law. But remember, Canada does not have the First Amendment, and the protections of its Charter of Freedoms are not quite as strong as the Liberty we enjoy in the US that protects erotic materials; it tends to be, IMHO, influenced by what is "politically correct" and this kind of stuff is almost certainly over the line under Canadian obscenity law. Yeah when looking at the main page don't click on the thumbnail picture of the video, instead click on the name of the video written underneath.

On the "videos" page there are a few extra videos (he's got 54 videos but has only done 51 posts), the most recent video is b0unty hunt3r and it is pretty incredible. It's the opposite of how a sinking scene is usually done - she immediately ends up neck deep, but then struggles and tries to climb out and repeatedly gets breast deep or waist deep but is unable to get out and ends up sinking deeper again. Great struggling and great dialogue. There is some sort of content block to vk.com in the western countries. It's not the site they're blocking, it's the vk.com-specific content they're stopping to load (not the one imported from others like youtube or dailymotion).
To bypass it, you'll need to use one of those free proxies you can look up on the net (look one up and use its given IP and port). It might not work from the first one you get or from the first try at playing the videos, and your internet speed will be somewhat more limited, but it will get the job done, and with a proper vid ripper you'll be able to also download the videos from there. Hope it's helpful.

it seems that this truecrypt sharing dont work in the long term so now i want to propose something that requires more than one contributor.
Its called bittorrent sync and here is overview in youtube:

How to do this:
1. install BitTorrent Sync
2. Buy or find on the web one qs clip that admin requests (this is required to filter guys that want us gone)
3. upload this clip on depositfiles (or similar site) and send private mail with the link to admin (address @ will be provided when enough people will approve this concept)
4. admin will download and add your clip to the collection
5. you will get via @ "secret" (a read only key) that allows you to download via BitTorrent Sync whole collection of clips including the one that you share with us as long as this network exists.

(Optional) 6. provide more new content to revice read/write "secret" key that allows you to upload content directly to network and change its content.

If enough people will approve this i will provide email address and 21GB collection of qs content for a start.

pros:
- new clips appears directly in your hard drive BitTorrent sync folder after synchronization
- high download speeds
- once you upload first clip for admin no third party services are necessary
- full encryption

cons:
- requires to find or buy one unique clip
- requires seeding from time to time to maintain high download speeds
