Flash Player Direct Downloads Flashman 16/10/13(Thu)21:57 No. 22236 ID: 6d9933

File 147638864515.png - (5.60KB , 158x39 , GetAdobeFlashPlayer_icon.png )

Adobe pulled the old direct downloads page (the one ending in distribution3.html) but I pulled these links out from the Google Cache: https://pste.eu/p/nEf.html

Be sure to view-source, copy, and paste this around in case Adobe takes down that link.

Yeah I could have just Pastebinned it but I prefer clickable links.

If you look at the URL it serves up, those links will certainly stop working when they release Flash 24. Of course you probably can just change the 23 to 24 and get it.

google "flash troubleshooting"
first hit ("Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier")

then go to the bottom of the page (where it says "Still having trouble?". there's direct links to the full downloads of all three versions (activex, npapi, and ppapi)

I go there whenever the check flash version page says I'm out-of-date (I use chromium, not chrome, so I have to check manually)

To be fair, those are executable downloads, not MSI downloads. The MSI downloads contained no extra added bullshit whatsoever. Most of the executables do, and Adobe regularly plays games with which executables do and don't contain extra bullshit.

the way in >>22245 to get the direct links is to the standalone flash executables (the full version, not the download, not the version bundled with mcafee)
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html
again, bottom of the page, where it says "still having problems?" (aka last resort). has activex, npapi, and ppapi, always the latest version.

I've used it for years, and it's clean (I wish adobe would link it on their download page instead of the crapware, I'm glad at least they do include the links to the clean download somewhere on their site, even if it's buried)

that should read "not the downloader"
