Youtube  Do you think that future historians will view isis as a legitimate successor to the ottoman empire some 100+ years from now?

Not really, since the Ottoman Empire's foundation was the Eastern Roman Empire. What connection is there between the Roman Empire, Orthodox Christianity (its successor) and ISIS?

The latter are just fundamentalist fuckwits, who, like all fundamentalist fuckwits, believe in taking some goat herders masturbatory fantasies literally, using 21th century linguistics to interpret the translation of a translation they're using as the basis of their theocracy.

ISIS and Southern Baptists would be the best of friends if only they would stop declaring each other the devil.

I applaud your cynicism, but question your logic.
