I just tried them all out again and they work fine in the US. Maybe you can't get free downloads in certain countries or something.

If they don't work for you in a browser, you could try either using JDownloader or going to the download link using a proxy.

jdownloader didn't work either. My theory is that it works for the uploader only, or gets locked down after a specific amount of downloads. Anyhow, no offense but speedyshare is one of the worst uploading sites out there, with way better and more popular alternatives everywhere. Bayfiles, megaupload...
