Sorry, unfortunately 5th edition is only availble in it's very basic playtest prototype format among friends and family of the design team, and is shown but not distributed to playtesters at conventions.
Thus so far unless someone on the inside is willing to leak it, you really aren't going to have luck getting it until they release the official prototype open playtesting later this year. Not to mention how much it is sure to change due to how early in design it is.
Your best bet in my opinion would be to find and contact the people who have been part of the public playtests at the conventions this past month. Ask them what they felt about it for your assignment.
As far as using it for a game. I don't think it would be a good idea to dedicate a campaign to it yet, it's gonna change so much most likely during the open playtests that I feel it's more feasible to run some adventures on the side.
If this answer is not good enough, then try contacting Wizards about it. Who knows, they might be willing to let you in on some details since it is supposed to be made open playtesting sometime soon.
