The Moon Design website doesn't have anything saying it's out yet, and it's not on DriveThru. One of Moon Design's blogs said that they were being perfectionists as usual, so it is late again.

Roadkillmeathat: Usually 600 DPI is the max that most print items are viable up to but that can be overkill where 300 DPI would be fine. You can try both on the given medium and compare the results and decide from there. An important thing especially with images is to try to keep them aligned so as little rotating has to be done. If you want to scan them, I can grab them and fix them up into a single images release.
