Guys, PLEASE take the 13th Age playtest doc down. This is uncool, we can't contribute to the development of this game, and it isn't in final form. These guys don't make much money and are trying to make a product I know many of us are going to want to buy. Please do the right thing and kill that link before we make it hard for those guys to make product.

Uh dude? This is hardly the only place where those links will be posted. I gotta agree, it's kind of hypocritical for you to be okay with the posting of every kind of game... except the one you pick. If people want to get a free copy, you're going to be hard pressed to stop all of them. However, I can tell you personally that IF you make a good enough product, then people like me will buy it AFTER we've had the chance to look it over.

That's the beauty of this place, you see. The chance to try before you buy. The freedom of the person. Caveat Emptor. The drive to sell the product by doing a good job and pleasing the fans. Not by doing what some companies do, such as overcharging for it and not letting someone see until they fork over the cash.

So sit back, relax, and go with it. If you make your product worth the price, then you will sell. It's not like THAT MANY people actually come to the various /chans. We're a small minority, but dammit, we're happy about that. So play nice.

When did I say anything pretentious? I merely asked for the link, which has had the proper paperwork put through, taken down. That helps to protect this site, and all of us.
it is for an incomplete game, which could ultimately impact Pelgrane Press way more than a few people grabbing some of their books electronically. Not everyone here just tries to to grab all of the books they can get their mits on. I buy most of the books I can afford to buy after I evaluate whether I'll like them or my group will play them. I'll suggest qames to other people; I've even done so here, and even shared some here. And it isn't hypocritical. If I posted something and someone asked me to break the link, I would. I don't want to damage my hobby. I have love for it, and understand the damage that piracy can have on it; especially pirating an unfinished product. I haven't disrespected any of you; please stop giving me the knee-jerk reactions because I care about OUR hobby.

In honor of Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards" being released on Blu-Ray, would anyone happen to have the Wizards RPG (Whit publications) based on the film? Thanks.

I have both versions of the 3rd edition (original and new art) ... unfortunately neither of them are sanitized so I can't post them just yet.

I can tell you that the art in both versions is essentially the same. It's just a few pieces that have been reworked.

All I asked was for people not post an unfinished, unpolished game. For the record, I wasn't even the one who reported it. I was the one who asked for it to be taken down. Politely. I didn't say what anyone was doing is wrong, are say anyone was going to gamer hell, or name-call, or get all twisted out of shape, as several of you have been behaving towards me, a member of this community. Playtests are tricky things, and if something goes wrong, they sometimes don't go to press.

LMAO. Please forgive my typographical errors; it is one of my oldest friend's birthday party and I'm the wrong side of sober at the moment. Someone brought some really good beer and I can't keep my mits off of it, a Shleafly special aged in bourbon barrels, and I think the barrels are made of walnut, and you can taste that too.
