Does anyone have this book and would anyone be willing to scan it or just take pictures of the pages and upload them somewhere. I mean i get that you wouldn't want to damage the binding by pressing it down on the scanner but taking pictures of it wouldn't damage it in any way and wouldn't even take that much time.
