Looking for PHB, DMG, and maybe the MM.

Everywhere I look I can only find pdfs made from the rtf files that were sold on the old D&D 2e Core Rules CD. No graphics, no table of contents, no page numbers... it all just makes me a sad panda :(

Being brutally honest, no. Probably either have to wait a very long time or it won't come at all. Paizo's security with their PDFs is too tight, no one has been able to fully dewatermark one of their PDFs to annihilate it being traced to whoever shared them. So, sorry to break the bad news to you.

No Encryption system (most especially no watermarking system) is un-crackable. yeah it may be a month or two, but I have seen people here find the unfindable and I have no doubt that someone will be able to crack the watermarks on Paizo's books.

Either that or someone could always set up a throw-away account (bogus name, soft email account through a free provider, prepaid credit card (paid in cash))to grab a bunch, clear the visible watermarks, copy the stuff to a usb-drive and do a mass upload from one or more public access computers (most libraries have them). Even as heavy a web presence as Paizo can't be every where at once.
