Tired of waiting to download from rapidshare, deposit files, and other filesharing sites? Use the firefox add-on skipscreen. It really works: http://skipscreen.com
MODS = GODS
Tired of ASKing OP to upload their set to rapidshare, deposit files, and other filesharing sites? Use the firefox add-on DownThemAll. It really works!
>>49732 Sweet shit Exiled. Thou art exalted.
So... anything for Chrome? I mean... not everybody is uses to firefox...
thank you.
>>55524 Hahaha, oh you!
>>53812 anon speaks truth
It seems to work for everything but rapidshit. Don't know why.
>>55524 Is maintaining two browsers too much for you?
Who the fuck wants to maintain two browsers. That's a load of shit and waste of time. You people are so programmed, IE really works nicely and it's fast, and when combined with something like JunkBuster, it works. You idiots sound like party monkeys, ooot ooot oot obama... oot oot ooot, bush. IDIOTS!
>>56241 Wow, if you're still using IE in this day and age... I wish you well on your future identity theft filing.
>>56247 Because it's hard to not be idiotic with what you over the internet, rite?
>>56299 I wish you luck on your trolling /s/ ban too.
Yup.
>>55696 Q:It seems to work for everything but rapidshit. Don't know why. A:Skip Screen Does Work On Rapidaids Just Don't hit the download botton and skip screen will pop up and let you Download (it does for me)
>>56739 Agreed, just dont click anything
Lit Ania sharingmatrix.com/file/577143
>>56739 SkipScreen doesn't work the way I thought it would on rapidshits. It skips the page where I have to select free or premium user, but I still have to wait for it to let me download.
>>61332 Why would it need to work on mediafire anyway? Mediafire has no waiting time.
>>61332 You can enable/disable which websites to have it work on.
>>61309 While you still have to wait, you don't have to monitor the page and click to download, the download starts automatically. My problem with RS (besides the "no free download slots available buy a premium account" blocks they put in place every couple days) is I start the countdown, go off and do something else, but by the time I go back the download link is outdated so the countdown has to start over.
>>61601 >so the countdown has to start over wat. no it doesn't, unless you just mean the one-minute timer, not the "you already downloaded, wait 40 minutes" one. and mediafire can bite me. ridiculously obfuscated scripts that I'm not allowed to know what they do forced to run locally. rapid share I can pull the file url from the page source at least.
>>61713 Take a look at this photo. Next time, before calling someone a liar, maybe you should actually TRY it. BTW, "download takes too long to be saved" is Germlish for "you sat on the download link page for too long."
>>61736 Yes, that's what I said. Doesn't that just mean that you have to wait a whole one minute?
>>61751 Actually the time varies based on some odd correlation between the size of the file and the last time you downloaded from RS - while it starts at 60 seconds, it most certainly goes up from there - biggest I've seen is a little over 180 seconds. I don't know about you, but I've got better things to do over 3 minutes than stare at a graphic count off the seconds. Install a simple plugin, voila, I can go off and do other things and not worry about whether the file will or won't come down.
Doesn't work for me
its the hour long wait that kills me
sexy
FreeRapid downloader don't need firefox to use it also queues multiple downloads from the same site and automatically downloads after the wait time
Latest update to skipscreen automated the "no free download slots available, try again later" crap they've been pulling lately. Every two minutes or so it'll re-query te RS servers to try and grab the file.
Imma what???
Is there a version of this that works with Firefox 2.0 (or any other interbuttz navigator)?
Thanks Always wondered if there is something like this
fuckit i share a prem account with a friend, thats alot easier.
Anything for the "Premium users only" downloaD? Those are getting a tad annoying.
>>66013 Skipscreen automates the 2 minute retry process, and I'll be damned but it does work. It can take a while, but all you need to do is leave the tab open. Go off and do something else while it retries over and over until it gets in.
>>66109 not always, unless they fixed it recently, if you got fucked by a "max slots" it doesn't run a check and counts negative numbers till you refresh.
>>66343 Yeah they fixed that recently. In fact if you got skipscreen from their website instead of Mozilla, it's been updated a LOT lately.
>>49732 Tired of MANUALLY downloading links? get jdownloader and have it do it for you automatically really, thought you guys wouldve figured this one out
Don't listen to this faggot mod. It doesn't work, I tried. Don't let him fool you as he did me.
last poster is a lying faggot from rapidshare.
>>70310 He could also be retarded. He probably installed the add-on but never restarted Firefox.
>>71887 or a troll. do you get those here yet?
it's best to assume everyone everywhere at all times is trolling
>>72273 This.
According to Skip Screen's site, someone asked that question and a dev said they did have plans on supporting chrome soon.
very nice
Great plugin, thanks for sharing.
it works for me in most cases sometimes they kill the free downloads on rapidshare, thats the only time it doesnt work. oh, i didnt find this add-on here, but on my own, i needed something for at my work: lots of people download on the same ip and with skipscreen i get the download most of the time :)
