Hey 7chan, knife fag here. Is Hampton Forge that really bad of a brand for knives? I checked them and they had some pretty bad reviews. Got a three piece set from my friend.

I am wishing for a different brand, but that's my brand that I haven't ever heard of before...

The ones in my pic might be, but there's only one review for it, but it's expensive as fuck to get one...

You'll have to wash it though, so let us know if you'll like it should you decide to buy it.

Butterfly knifes 4lyfe
Intimidating as fuck, and will cut the shit out of any attackers.

Benchmade and Spyderco make the really good, high-end ones. But they are expensive, some over $200.

But hey you get what you pay for.

Cutco is top notch quality plus a forever guarantee and free sharpening. no interest payment plans too if you want to go all out or can't really afford it all at once

Cheffag here. Hampton forge are....ok
Like most things you get what you pay for. Stay away from ceramic blades unless you have the skill to care for them properly

I have never really got around to getting a decent set of kitchen knives despite my admirable knife and weapon collection. Imo I would probably go for a Victorinox set for around 100$. I find that as long as you steel the knives after every use, You will be good.. Even with store brand kitchen blades.A strop after every steeling would be good too with some green compound.

How's the edges from the factory,OP?
