i am doing this program, pic related. i am now on day 15 and feel fucking great. i always do what says on the program and sometimes i add a little extra, +5-20 per day. my arms got bigger, i feel much hornier and stronger.

do you guys have any suggestions to a puny program like this? or should i just continue doing this every month?

I would not recommend sticking with this. You have to exercise all muscles groups to progress overall. You will get pulled out of shape if you just do one thing. Your body needs mixing it up. Disturbing images of yourself down the line from just doing one exercise will shine a light on that. Try more moves in the gym. lol I have to get back to the gym. I need a gym partner. I have none. I must find one. I see a new quest in my future. Too exciting. lol I have the best time when I am going to the gym.

I know. I'm not doing this as a proper routine, just felt like giving it a go. That and the added bonus of embarrassing the keyboard /fit/fags who can't push out 10 without splitting it into 3x3 and stopping for a 'protein' shake.

Planning to have a do-over once I'm done adding in chins, sits and squats of the same quantity. I get my Cardio hiking to an fro work everyday.

So... update for you all. Had to abandon last months attempt, had a family member rush to hospital so it became a no-priority. Looks like they're out of the woods now so we're going to give this another go. Won't be doing daily updates though and if I have to abandon then carry on without.
