I'm watching Mysterious Girlfriend X right now. The concept is fantastic; this guy licks a girl's drool like a total perv and has some weird reaction to it. She tells him he's just lovesick but as the show goes on you wonder if she's a fucking alien or something. She starts feeding him drool every day and cock teasing him regularly. I just watched episode like five and they bring this chick in, his friend's GF, who accidentally eats after her and has a similar reaction.

Only downside is it's censored. There's plenty of space for tits and they don't draw nipples. Great, thanks immigration policy of modern Japan.

Also Strike Witches was good but once I saw they were working negroes into the plot I abandoned it. You should see this obvious pandering as a warning sign from now on

Gotta disagree. MGX is good regardless of format. Censored or not, it's the story. Visuals are of a great help, no doubt. But it's not like it needed fanservice.
And I would love to see fanservice of this. I loved this show since it aired. Very re-watchable.

The story tapers off pretty quickly and there's no real resolution without the hard romance. Without censorship, it could have easily been a masterpiece. With censorship, the flaws are tearing

Also plan to rewatch it and just rewatched Val Love last weekend. Still better than most regular TV shit but I hate that anime is slowly turning into your typical PC racemixing fantasy from CBS, it's fucking disgusting

I see where you're coming from, here and the other thread.
I'm not into a lot of genres, they just don't interest me. But you say you like some gory stuff. Splatter hasn't been my genre, but things like Pupa and even Dokoro-chan have plenty of that. And if you like hearing bones snap, Punie-chan has a bunch too.
About the only time i've regretted deleting a series that is nigh impossible to get back is-the 2 seasons of Hamatora. Yeah, it was yaoi as hell. So is Bungo Stray Dogs. But if you can just make sure not to watch the guy grinding coffee, the storylines in Hamatora aren't bad, and can get pretty disgustingly bloody. It's a super powered detective agency kind of show. Some of it's pretty funny too. No fanservice that I can recall, considering the majority of the characters-and not being a fujoshi, that's a plus.

regarding the theme of this thread, since I did start this crap-i'm digging this season of SW. I got my Barkhorn episode. I am happy.

Actually, the fanservice angle for the series kinda bombed. The dvds sold, but the added striped pantsu version sold well-got panned all to hell, but by western journos, who of course have no agenda at all, no no nononono.
1st season was okay. DNF S2, but did the chibi series and S3. Looks to go further next year. It's fluff, but it's fun fluff, pretty much.
