It looks subcutaneous so am I ok? 5’6 about 160-180 and 52 percent body fat. I like how it feels like a bag of jello but don’t want to be unhealthy or have people think I look fat

If you're concerned with health, do cardio. If you want to lose fat, you need to change your eating habit (what and when you eat), and exercise for best results.

CICO. Eat in deficit and you'll lose that fat. Don't let chubby chasers make you think it's alright to be a tub of lard. Some cardio helps, but don't use cardio as an excuse to eat over your calorie intake.

and You really look fat, you are nowhere near to be thin or even normal looking. eat less+ Do cardio + start light strength training. EVERYONE CAN LOSE WEIGHT
