I am stiff as a board right now do u guys know any good static stretches to do after working out? I was watching chinese girls do yoga on youtube but it felt too arousing to me. Any good non sexual vids??

Screw yoga, Tai Chi is where it's at.

Or you could just walk back from the gym. That's always a nice warm-down.

I would recommend the videos of Elliott Hulse, he has a bunch of good videos on stretches that would help here. There are countless videos that are of use on his YouTube page. Too many, you could almost say. Gold mine over there. lol Do you go to the gym on your own or with other people? I tend to prefer going on my own. It wrecks the mood. I mean when there's a partner with you, that's just how I feel. I'm debating whether I want to go to the gym consistently with a partner. There's some mild adjustment in this set up. I'll think about what I want to do there. Shouldn't be too hard. I hope I don't make it too hard. Just obsess over planning tiny components. lol

3 Stretches for Lifters

This video is great from 70s Big. Still pretty arousing though.
