You know I never understood the body shaming towards Sakura and people who would body shaming her were grown men while Sakura was like 12-13 at the time too and I understand that she was rude to naruto but so was Ino and other naruto characters but they don't get as much hate as sakura

It was all due to her close proximity to Naruto. Other people were rude to Naruto, but she had more opportunities being on his team. The body shaming is just hacky jokes at her expense.

I think complaints about fan service are mainly obnoxious prudes, especially when these same people are grilling on teen soldiers being incompetent for losing to a major villain or not having cool enough superpowers.
