So Google and Duckduckgo are dead search engines. Yandex used to be a good search engine but now it is dead too.

In all those 3 search engines, initially if you'd change even one letter in your search query, they would give vastly different search results. But now you can write whole new sentences related to a topic and all 3 of them give virtually the exact same results. It's like they're trying to spoon feed you agendas and points of view and don't want you to think anything else. They don't want you to use your brain in any way.

AIs are dumb and I don't want to contribute in training them anyway.

So please suggest some good search engines that let me find the info I want and that do not try to shove some curated and tailored info down my throat with an imaginary gun pointed at my head. Thank you.

I thought this was an internet problem not a search engine problem, maybe I'm wrong, but fuck it, I just look up whatever info I need when I need it

Search engines got suckier in other ways. I think this specific thing is less about agendas and more about efficiency. Why cater to the arbitrary details of the user’s request when you can just generate a set of results for the template idea and be done?
