Hiya 7chan! ( Β΄ β–½ ` )οΎ‰

It's that time again! It's the Full Strawberry moon! This full moon will become full Monday evening June 29th at 7:56 p.m. EST. During summer, the Earth is tilted away from the moon so it will appear much lower in the sky. This is also why the moon appears to move and pop up in certain areas of your home at different times of the year.

I was hoping I could post this for Union Pacific Big Boy Friday, but I went to an America 250 event and saw TWO big boys right beside each other. A rare sight indeed and soon the operational one will be returning to Cheyenne, Wyoming. There were people there from all over the world but it was only for two days and the line went on for nearly half a mile I estimate.

Are any of you going to any America 250 events? Maybe to the National State Fair in Washington DC or to see the largest fireworks show in history coming up on the 4th? I hope you have a nice viewing! Cya! πŸš‚

If that's really the expression the moon makes, bro had a rough one

Meanwhile I only ever dream about the big boy, never actually ride it0

it's al most saying "why so serious", heheheh
I'll look for it next time, I guess the low contrast between the seas and the rest (it was all different shades of yellow) didn't help

I had to work late and got a good look at the moon. It was so orange! I only had my crappy tablet on me so the pictures are just an orange blob but I got a few.

I suppose you'd feel the same way if you were pelted by meteors for your entire existence and they all create huge craters because of your lack of atmosphere. (q‒́︿‒̀q) The moon is our silent protector.

It's getting hot and hazy here but it was beautiful the last two nights.

🎡 If you believed, they put a man on the moon... If you believed there's nothing up his sleeve, then nothing is cool 🎡
