1. take the pill 30 minutes - 1 hour before going to sleep
2. if that's not enough up your dose by like 33%
3. when you are on track bring back your dose to normal levels
4. don't take the extra dose for long times you shouldn't need it except for exceptional times

t. long time patient

I love the night, so for me it's lovely. I used to think that I'm insomniac until I started sleeping when I'm actually sleepy and now I'm full of energy and never feel like I can't sleep. It fucking awesome.

Sure, sometimes work interferes, but I tried to keep it to a minimum and I catch up in the next few days. But I like sleeping whenever and doing whatever I feel like whenever, so I don't follow the whole circadian thing too much. It's just so liberating. And to be honest even if I skip a night I'm never really truly sleepy, which is awesome, because I can go forever and then just sleep whenever I actually really want or need to.

Pharma usually fucks you up and I wouldn't take high doses of melatonin either. If you must, I guess you can use CBD oil, but that also fucks you up on high doses, so I wouldn't. I don't mean that it fucks up your health, but it fucks you up so much that even the next day you can be a little bit zombie like. Some people might enjoy it.

Don't know if will help with insomnia. Though I would give the full spectrum CBD a shot. I used oil, than isolate moving to full spectrum crystal.
I need it for other issues does help me with sleep and no THC means I get my dreams (for better or worse)
>>845719 sad to here you get zombiefied the next day, I don't personally.

If the pic to small just tineye it and get a bigger sized one
Hope you get something that works for you.
Not a fan of big pharma myself and if what their giving you ain't working give the CBD a try.
I've found it safe, although taking into account what >>845719 said one the first day after make sure you have the day off.

The oil is made from the crystal and there the crystal is stronger by far. It just works out cheaper for me (/jew).

All the best anon

To be fair I meant on megadosis for the most part. I've done it once or twice at such a dose that I pretty much slept Non-Stop for 72 hours or so. My friend sells the stuff, so I have virtually unlimited amount but now I don't use it in fact I don't even smoke weed other than one or three times per year. But to each his own. I used to smoke the stuff all day everyday.

>just skip
I used to do this, but now I'm 40 and can't, skipping a night makes me look like some kind of physically and mentally raped zombie

Yeah I smoked really heavily for several decades now I don't.
CBD without THC for me is is halpfull, have not taken mega dose though. 50-200mg is all I need.
Sadly I still love weed with thc, it doesn't make me crazy, just pathicly lazy. And your right at, our age that's just not on the cards anymore.

Zyprexia? Oh hell nah. Bro not only is that an SNRI, but they make the lowest dose high on purpose so that its hard to taper off. Also do not even get me started on invega that shit is so bad. Bro u gotta switch meds trust.

What are you diagnosed with exactly? Like schizoaffective depressive?

Switch to rexulti, it'll fix the invega issue and also help with your negative symptoms because its a D2 partial agonist. In the mean time, try and wean off antidepressants because trust me they're bad for you
