I'll telly 2 short stories
1. I've been in psychiatrist interned 4 times. The 3rd I was forced to take a medication that made my whole legs feel uneasy, walking, standing laying or sitting always uneasy, plus anxiety and literally walking like a zombie, in mega slow motion. with the time I've deduced that this was merely punishment from the head psychiatrist "you don't want to be here again" was her message. just today I walked to psychiatric #4, in there my meds were right, self decided and agreed by the head psychiatrist (another unrelated to the other), this was almost a decade ago, but today I wandered near it just cause. while walking there I felt my legs hinting the same unease I felt (this was #4 psychiatric, and unease legs was #4, so in a way they werent directly related), what I want to get at is that the mind is way more powerful that is aknowleged in our western world

2. self censored for safety, something something hard drug dealers, drugs being cut with literally dead people's bodies for witchcraft. I've heard this story from two very unrelated ends. scary

I read somewhere that assertion is a kind of mind manipulation, and that this was studied, part of it was courses for business people and the deeper part classified in US intelligence.
