Print double side PDF on macOS? Anonymous 21/10/21(Thu)19:47 No. 22841 ID: 5ed243

I'm using a printer that doesn't have a native support for double sided printouts. You have to put back the printouts.

I've got a PDF that has no page numbers at all. Probably because it was supposed to be read on a pad. So is there a way of adding numbers to the printout, or is the only alternative to first make a document with the right numbering and then make the PDF-printout on them?

Pic unrelated, but cute.

When you print choose to only print even numbered pages.

Flip the paper over, put back into paper tray.

Print odd numbered pages.

Bonus points if you choose the right paper orientation on the last operation.

The print dialog should allow you to arbitrarily choose which pages to print, so just type 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 and so on until the end. You can tell how many pages the pdf has in the pdf viewer itself.

Some print drivers have an even/odd numbered setting when choosing which pages to print but they're rare these days because everything that makes sense must be killed.

OP here. Yeah. Reminds me of scanners. In the 00s it was common that you could first pick the area to be scanned. But now it's often like some kind of auto-scan that just *assumes* a lot of shit.

Regarding printing, I finally gave up. I had a relatively good run. But it wasn't worth it. So I bought the book instead.

Pages & Contacts - importing adresses from pages/text files & usin Anonymous 22/04/05(Tue)22:44 No. 22856 ID: ae5046

Re-using my thread on macOS-printouts. ;-)

I want to have the same message to everyone, but I don't want to type out every adress individually. So how do I integrate a Contact group into the design?

And I can export adresses from Contacts to a text file or to a Numbers document. But how do I import? Preferably from Numbers, as it's easier.

Thanks in advance! :-)

Oh, the subject should be:
>Pages & Contacts - importing adresses from pages/text files & using it for mass mailing postcards
Sorry! ;-)
