Tips to master C++ Neckbearded Basement Dweller 21/05/23(Sun)15:31 No. 5469

I’ve been programming in JavaScript for several years now and want to transition to C++. There’s this dope internship I could get if I get better at C so I want to master it in about a years time. I’ve mastered JavaScript from doing various personal projects so learning C that way might be the best route for me. What personal projects should I work on in order to learn C and what are some cool APIs to work with? I’ve built an asteroids game with the SFML library so that should help you gauge my experience with C++.

Are we talking C, or C++?
What sort of internship is it? What will you be working on? If you're going to be working on networking code, or on a web server, or on a game engine, there's different kinds of projects I could suggest.
