I don't think homosexuality is categorically "incurable" but it sure is in many cases. My general assumption is that a change can be made if the man is legitimately 'confused' and there is some clear reason as to why (had particularly weird gender-related upbringing, received lots of shaming for trying male activities, trauma, etc.) Basically, cases where the man is naturally straight but let himself get psyched out of living like it (this would explain why incels and trannies tend to hangout at the same places, by the way).

On the other hand, if you have no sexual interest in women at all and have good reason to think your gayness goes back a very long time, that's just the hand you were dealt.

What the hell do you mean "actually"? I was a kid once too, same as anyone. I didn't do any of that nonsense. I can only think of one real example that I've even heard of from my peers, this very weird kid who was clearly dealing with a really fucked up home life apparently jerked off in front of his friend in middle school (or something like that, I didn't ask too many questions).

Note that I'm only talking about boys, with girls I've heard of this relatively often. But that's different in character, girls naturally have a more casual attitude towards each other's bodies.
