The Addams Family is a sitcom about the Addams extended family . This family has rather macabre interests. Although the premise is never explained, each member of the family has supernatural powers.

Could you plese give me the name of a album that was released in the 2000s or maybe mid-late 1990s?

It has everything from completely fictional to autobiographical comics. One comic is about how the cartoonist in his youth came across a collection of unused film stock and made epic films that featured, among others, Stalin, Pius XII and rampant buffaloes.

Another comic is about the chess player "The Mechanical Turk" and a young Bobby Fischer.

One is about how a group of people discussing old TV shows have a meeting that ends in disaster, and it was just as well because the venue was booked wrong. Nazis were supposed to have it.

One is about how intelligent turnips are tricked into being picked with the song "Teddy Bear's Picnic".

And one is quite long, involving time travel.

What is the name of the cartoonist and the comic book album? Do you know that, please?

In modern Hollywood, studios look to the comic book industry for ideas. It used to be the other way around.

Here is a list:

24
24: Legacy
The Adventures of Puss in Boots
The A-Team
The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends
Adventure Time
Angel Cop
Æon Flux
Aggretsuko
ALF
Alfred J. Kwak

This is likely from a hardback "annual" put out for Christmas. The British weekly comics mostly had annuals (some of the annuals outlived the comics they were based on, sometimes by over a decade!), which were a mix of reprinted strips, alongside ones specially made for the annuals (often with larger panels because the page count was not as restrictive), text stories and world-building.
The annuals based on TV shows, like this one, were often far more phoned-in, with very hastily-made, short comic strips and stories, world-building / "continuity" articles which often contradicted the shows, and pure filler; like the "Steady, Steed" page above, which obviously took 5 minutes to make.

“It’s just such a great idea – you say a magic word, and suddenly you can fly, and bullets will bounce off you. Just a really, simple, great concept.

“I think the key is that magic word, ‘Shazam.’ Magic words are something that go back in fiction, back to myths and legends and The Arabian Nights. It’s just something that resonates for us, I think. And it’s such a good magic word – it sounds like ‘Alakazam.’

“Even Gomer Pyle was saying it. Dave Chappelle was saying it on his show. I’ve heard it in rap videos. Everyone knows what it means, it’s ‘Shazam!’ It’s the transformation into something else, like ‘Let’s go!’ It’s a call to action.

“And the costume – the red outfit with the lightning bolt. How many times in our lifetime have we seen generic parody superheroes, whether in an advertisement or anywhere, with a lightning bolt on their costume? The lightning bolt has almost become the generic symbol for a superhero, and it has its roots in Captain Marvel.”

>>23626 1940- Fawcett Comics (who created Capt. Marvel) decided to introduce their Black sidekick, Steamboat to the comic book audience.
He was an out of work boat captain and his alter ego Billy Batson gave him a job where he worked
and Steamboat also served as his sidekick/manservant/chauffeur/pilot. In the end,
Blacks protested and demanded that the character of Steamboat be discontinued because he was offensive.
