Some tips to everyone using downthemall:

Use the links option, NOT the image option (you'll get thumbnails)
set the destination folder prior to downloading (in the options menu)
Let this entire thread load first

Here's the Automator workflow for downloading all the pics for macfags. (Construct the workflow, open this thread in Safari, then run the workflow. Make sure you have the right option or you'll get thumbnails. And be fucking patient!)
