I take good care of my teeth, but in my upper thirties, good isn't enough. A filling recently fell out, so I went to a new dentist's office near by place for a check up and inspection. The dentist insists on crowning the tooth and wants to charge me twelve hundred dollars for the service. That is his discount rate if I buy into his subscription plan for fifty dollars per year. All of the dentists within driving distance are this expensive, and my budget is more like forty dollars. The cavity is quite close to a nerve, so I need to take action soon or I will end up getting a root canal instead.

I have been filling the cavity hole with DenTemp, a clay-like substance that hardens inside the tooth but can be easily removed by a dentist later. My issue is that the stuff is so brittle, that it won't last more than a couple of hours for me. I need something to last a several months and prevent further decay while I build up some cash reserves for a permanent solution.

What is good for filling holes in teeth for a permanent (or at least semi-permanent lasting a few days at a time) cavity?

I may have dismissed the suggestion of JB Weld too quickly. According to some other websites, this is a frequently recommended remedy. I write "recommended" because I have not found a report by anyone who has actually tried it. I am still researching the possibilities, and I will keep /jew/ notified.

uh, no. Norwegian here. we're THE place to go for oil, but getting a decent job in the field requires university level education or at least a bachelor in technology and industry to even have a chance to look at the company building.

it's an oversaturated area, which have raised the entry bar intensely.

Around where I live you can do about 450 a month for rent including utilities, but the place is going to look like shit and be in a really crappy area of town.

For a decent 1 bedroom at least 650 including util

For anything decent its about $900-$1500 here. I'm in fucking NJ though, we have one of the highest costs of living in the country, with no space as well.

the average rent here in middle tennessee is about 800 for a good enough apartment
if you want to live directly next to the monkey exhibit of the zoo it's about 600
i got a decent deal on a two bedroom for 700 but it's a little out of the way and sorta hagged
